ECQ is strategically located within the Lusail Development, a circa 35 sq kilometer development located north of city of Doha and approximately 20km north of Doha International Airport. The site is connected to the wider Lusail development via the Al Khor expressway.
The Lusail Development, which is enclosed by the sea to the east and the Al Khor Expressway to the west, is a new, vibrant, spacious masterplanned urban development having a coherent and self-sustaining community mix of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, resort and entertainment venues.
ECQ site will be well connected to current and proposed transport links including the proposed Doha Light Railway (estimated for completion in 2018) which will have a dedicated station serving ECQ.
